Affiliate program terms

The program

Affiliates receive a personal tracking link. When someone follows your link and later buys a NexPhrase subscription, you earn a commission on their payments. The program runs on RevShare, a third-party affiliate platform; your signup, dashboard and payout details live there.

Commission

You earn 30% of every payment a referred customer makes to us during the 12 calendar months after their first payment. That includes monthly renewals, annual purchases, team plans, added seats and plan changes within that window. Changing plans neither restarts nor extends the 12 months. Commission is calculated on the amount the customer actually paid for that charge, after discounts.

Commissions accrue only on subscriptions bought on nexphrase.ai through Stripe, including upgrades started in the NexPhrase desktop app. Free-plan usage and complimentary time earn nothing unless the customer pays. Customers who already paid us before following your link are not eligible.

Attribution

Referrals are tracked with a 90-day, last-click cookie on nexphrase.ai. If the visitor creates or signs in to their account in that browser, the referral is saved to their account, so a purchase made later from another device or the desktop app still counts. If they click another affiliate’s link before their first payment, the most recent click wins; their first payment fixes the affiliate for good. Visitors in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland are tracked only if they agree. We can only credit sales the tracking can see: cleared cookies, a declined prompt, or signing up only on a different device can break attribution, and we can’t reconstruct those manually.

Review and payouts

Every commission is reviewed before approval and unlocks 30 days after the payment that earned it. That hold covers the period in which a payment could be refunded or disputed. We pay approved, unlocked balances of $25 or more monthly, by PayPal or Wise, to the payout details in your affiliate dashboard. Smaller balances roll forward. You are responsible for any taxes on your commissions and for giving us any tax information we are required to collect.

Refunds and clawbacks

If a payment is refunded, disputed or charged back, the commission on it is voided. If that happens after a payout, we deduct it from your next payout; if there is no later payout, the voided amount remains owed to us. Commissions created by fraudulent or rule-breaking activity are voided entirely.

Promotion rules

• Disclose the affiliate relationship wherever you share your link, as advertising rules require (for example “#ad” or “I earn a commission”).
• No self-referrals: you can’t earn commission on your own subscription, your team’s, your household’s, or accounts you control.
• No bidding on “NexPhrase” or its misspellings in search ads, and no paid ads pointed at nexphrase.ai through your link without our written approval.
• No coupon, deal or cashback sites, and don’t present your link as an official discount.
• Be accurate: describe what NexPhrase actually does, and don’t invent features, endorsements or results.
• No spam, forced redirects, cookie stuffing or browser extensions that insert your link.
• You may use the NexPhrase name and logo to describe the product honestly; don’t imply you are NexPhrase or that your content is official.

Enrollment and standing

Enrollment is instant, but we may decline or remove any affiliate at our discretion, including for breaking these terms; deliberate fraud forfeits unpaid commissions. Either side can end participation at any time, and earned, rule-abiding commissions are still paid on the normal schedule.

Changes

We may update these terms or the commission structure as the program evolves. Material changes are announced to enrolled affiliates before they take effect, and never reduce commissions already earned.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
